The mobile app @life – feel a life is intended for all who are exposed to different types of stress and want to control or reduce it. @life guides the user to the final goal, better well-being and health. @life recommends daily monitoring of physical parameters and regular implementation of sports exercises and psychological techniques. You can keep track of time, speed, distance, elevation and HR for different physical activities. It allows you to record and monitor measurements of your physical condition, weight, HR, blood pressure, body fat and maximum pulse that you can monitor in the Diary together with the activities. Upon completion of the stress questionnaire, you get current assessment of your stress resilience, level of stress threat and your mental well-being. You can perform physical endurance tests, namely: Cooper test, Rockport test and Step test. Exercises are supported with descriptions and videos and are an excellent tool for a correct implementation of strength, flexibility and balance exercises as well as breathing exercises and autogenic training intended for relaxation. The app allows you to execute programs that you can create on the portal www.a-life.eu.com considering your desires and abilities with the help of the questionnaires. The programs supported are kinesiological (aerobic and strength programs) and psychological programs. Program implementation is guided through an individual workout unit with warm-up, through training up to stretching. We recommend you to use the app together with the @life portal (www.a-life.eu.com). The app is compatible with the Polar Wearlink+ belt.
Programs are available only in the @life PRO version and are not included in the @life FREE version. @life PRO as opposed to @life FREE enables the usage of speed or tempo when carrying out activities and more settings with the auto pause feature.
